Joe was able to diagnose my problem and explain what he needed to do over the phone. He was accommodating when I needed to reschedule, and showed up when planned. Joe explained each step of what he was doing as he fixed my leaky faucet. He was very courteous, friendly and clean. We will be calling him for any plumbing needs in the future.
